Week 8
Houseguests: Dustin Erikstrup, Nicole Schaffrich, Porsche Briggs, Renny Martyn, Sarah Hrejsa, Steven Daigle
Jun's parting words had some Slayers angered, while Steven and Dustin questioned it's validity.
WHAT THE HELL JUN?!!!
She screwed up her own game, so she tries to take the rest of us down with her. Screw that. And the plan was always to take her out this week. She made deals with everyone and then proceeded to backstab every single one of us. Whatever. Fuck that. At least at this point her rep is so far gone that hopefully it won't do much. At least she's gone so I don't have to deal with that shit anymore
Jun is gone, Final Six is here, and there's a rumor about the House vs Steven and I. Hmm. Don't believe Jun, but I can never be too safe. I want a competition win so I am not a bigger laughing stock than I am!
Jun's speech: Do I believe it? Some parts. I think this alliance was probably a real thing at one point, at least, but I am confident that Jun has been trying to play all sides anyway. I think that the people who have given me their word are being honest and truthful, and maybe I'm a fool for believing them instead of Jun, but, literally, what could I possibly do about it now? I'm going to try to win every competition anyway, and the fact that it would be 5-1 wouldn't have made a difference. Oh well, I'm finna win this next HoH.
Before the HOH was announced the houseguests were told that it was fast forward week. A week worth of competition in a shortened amount of time.
FAST FORWARD WEEK IS FINALLY HERE. OH MAI GAWSH. I WANT TO WIN SO BADLY!I wonder how many times I've said that over the course of this game....I feel like I'm getting repetitive. But I'm the only houseguest that hasn't won ANYTHING YET! Like, cryin IRL.
The HOH competition was "Pulled Keys" where the houseguests had to recite which houseguest received their key first each week. With 5 correct answers, Nicole claimed her first HOH win of the season.
I'M FINALLY HOH!!!!
This bridesmaid just became a bride, bitches!
I should have won this HOH. But, best case scenario (I think) was that Nicole did. I hope she is still loyal to me above the Slayer alliance. Of course, we all know Porsche is everyone's friend so who knows if they have a F2 among themselves.
Nicole had to announce her nominations right away. She decided to nominate Steven and Dustin for eviction.

Nicole: I'm sorry, boys. You know I love you both and this isn't personal at all. I couldn't be happier to have made it this far with all five of you; I think you're all amazing people and I'm grateful to be playing alongside you. But with so few people left, the downside is having to nominate the ones you're fond of. Again, I'm sorry, guys. Good luck in the Power of Veto competition. <3
Everything I said to them was the truth and there was nothing personal about my decision; I made a strategically sound promise to the girls that we would work together to make it to the end. Sure, a hiccup occurred along the way (named Jun), but other than that, everyone has stuck to the plan…as far as I know. We agreed that Steven would be evicted before Dustin and that was purely for reasons related to gameplay. Steven is simply a better player: he's a bigger competitive threat and, in some ways, a better talker. He appeals to a different register from Dustin. I have genuine respect for Steven because he was always demonstrated respect towards me. And if not for my promise to the girls, I would have loved to work with him. In fact, after he evicted Jun, I even contemplated trying to work out some kind of deal with him. But the abridged week made that impossible because I had to make my nominations without having any time as Head of Household to press for info or work out arrangements. Moreover, I never had the chance to warn Dustin or Steven in advance that they would be on the block. That's almost sure to make an (even bigger) enemy out of the person who eventually survives the eviction…in this case, Dustin. So while I believe that Steven deserves to be in the game more than Dustin does (not that that's really all that relevant, anyway), I had to ensure that Steven was evicted because I knew he'd come after me - and possibly succeed in evicting me - if he stayed.
I pretty much crossed my fingers that I didn't win any comps this weeks. I did not want to risk having to get out Steven. We've been kinda close this whole game and I did not want to ruin that relationship. Luckily I lost HOH, and Nicole did the Slayer's work instead, putting up Dustin and Steven.
Once again, problems in between the Slayers hinted of the possibility of a further break-up within the group.
I am really hoping to win this POV. Steven needs to go. Porsche told me that Sarah said she wants to save Steven if she wins. WTF?!?
Something smells fishy. Obviously this is F6 and game plans change. I think little Sarah needs to go much sooner than I thought. I'm really hoping she doesn't win the POV. Even if Steven wins it would be better.
Renny filled me in on something that Porsche had heard from Sarah. In confidence, Sarah told Porsche that she was considering using the Power of Veto on Steven in order to make sure that Dustin was evicted, because she says she feels closer to Steven. Well, that's a red flag, isn't it? Firstly, it casts a rather large shadow of doubt over Sarah because it strangely echoes Jun's sentiments from last week. In fact, I found myself asking nearly the exact same question: If we're all sticking to the plan and they're both going to be evicted anyway, why mess with the order? And more importantly, why mess with it so drastically? Surely, Sarah knew that using the Veto on Steven would force either Porsche or Renny onto the block. And with only three votes being cast this week, that would mean Sarah and Steven would control the vote and possibly send home one of my allies. The other central reason that this news concerned me was because I thought Sarah and I had worked out a private arrangement. If this was an important consideration for her, why not bring it up to me? Why go to Porsche instead?
This week's veto competition was "Scrambler", where the houseguests had to find letters and make the longest word they could. Renny and Steven tied with 14-lettered words. The tie was decided by the number of vowels in their word. Steven had 6 and Renny had 7 giving Renny the win.
Of course it was a word one that I would have rocked...except I didn't want to win, so I threw it with a 10 letter word. I still said I would use it on Steven, so when he asked I could say that. Anyways Renny won, keeping it the same.
After the veto Renny had to quickly decide what to do with the veto. She decided to not use the veto.
[To house]
Dustin: I hope you guys allow me to stay in this game, it's been loads of fun! I wish you all the best of luck! Good luck Steven!
Steven: Hey everyone, I just want to let you know that I've really enjoyed this game and I hope you allow me to continue playing! Good luck Dustin!
I hope my alliance keeps me, although Steven deserved it more than me. That stupid tiebreaker would have kept him in, and I would be voted out if I'm not already. I always do the worst in competitions, and it pisses me off. Even if I made it to the finals, I'd have no or little respect from the jury. I still have a few more weeks, but time is running out for me in this game. The three members of my alliance are voting, but expect the unexpected.
Now the Slayers had to decide who they wanted to get out. I talked to Porsche yesterday and was gonna try and get them to vote out Dustin, but Porsche posted this convo she had with Steven where he said he would nominate Nicole and Renny (not a surprise) and vote out me over Porsche (big surprise). This is from the guy who wanted to ally with me and told me he wanted him and I to be in the final 2. Maybe he was lying to Porsche, I don't know, but I can't take the risk he's lying to me when I'm still ok with Dustin (supposedly).
At the eviction ceremony, Steven was evicted 3-0.
