Week 7
Houseguests: Dustin Erikstrup, Jun Song, Nicole Schaffrich, Porsche Briggs, Renny Martyn, Sarah Hrejsa, Steven Daigle
With Parker evicted, only two more houseguests stood in the Slayers' path.
Parker is evicted! As planned!
I honestly think we're gonna take these next 2 out like that sorry Steven, but you're a player as well. Love ya, but you are a threat in the game. Dustin, you've been clinging on to Porsche long enough and your days are numbered!
Final 5 from there, I want to actually win HoH and do things my way this week!
Parker is out of here! I made it further than he did last season, and I also made it farther than Evil Dick did last season as well! Half the house is gone, and only five jury positions are left before the final two. I am literally at the point where I cannot slow down, not for a second. Today, I learned about the rule of 212 degrees. At 211 degrees, water is hot. At 212 degrees, it boils, and makes steam. Steam powers engines. Engines power trains. And trains move full-throttle to the end. One degree makes all the difference. One degree of effort is the difference between the jury, and half a million dollars. I came back for redemption, and I am going to prove to everyone I am not a quitter, and I make the best of every opportunity. I will redeem myself, starting by winning this Head of Household.
At the HOH competition, the houseguests had to count certain words in different songs in a game called "Music to my Ears". With the best ears, Steven ended up winning his first HOH in his 3 seasons in Recycled.
I'm so fuckin excited!!! Steven fuckin won HoH! Now those pussy slayers can kiss one of them good bye. Bye bye bitches!
That awkward moment when the guy who's done nothing all season wins HoH…
No, I'm kidding; that was mean. Steven is great, but let's be honest: he's made it this far in the game largely by being unthreatening. But now that he's clearly aligned with Jun - who seems intent on drawing blood this round - things are going to get pretty messy.
I actually hate what a smug bitch Jun is going to be this week. I can't wait to evict her fat ass from this house. But in order to do that, I have to make sure I'm still in this house by the time this week is over. It's time to regroup, come up with a new plan of attack, and work this situation to my advantage as much as possible. I love Dustin to pieces but I'm going to have to throw him under the bus hard this week. I'm going to exploit Jun's insecurities about Dustin to the extreme, make her believe he's her biggest threat in this game, and hopefully, she'll influence Steven to target him. I can already tell that I'm going to feel really guilty about this but I have to protect myself. And that means protecting the Foxy Four of us that are left.
Wow, that competition was just...wow. I'm happy that Steven won HoH, but I don't know where he stands in this game. I might be safe, or I might be his target. I'm dissapointed I lost, but I'm not gonna let it get me down.
After Steven was crowned HOH, Sarah and Porsche went to work on getting Steven to turn against Jun.
I have Steven on my side. I tried to make sure I never promised him anything, but I should be safe with him in power and get his vote in the end. After that, we discussed nominees and luckily he wanted to go after Jun as well. That's awesome because it gets what I wanted done without any blood on my hands. He also brought up going for Porsche and I tried to convince him that wouldn't be the best because Jun was more of a threat. Luckily, he agreed after talking to Porsche and that was all taken care of. Plus if Steven gets power again, he won't come after me.
Congrats to Steven for winning HOH!! I know he was struggling between me or Jun being his target. I was happy that he came to me to talk about it. He said that I am a strong player and that I seem very well liked and that everyone I seem to have any sort of drama with gets evicted. I love how he made me being a threat to him sound kinda sweet.
After our talk he seemed to be sure of nominating Jun with her as his target so I hope nothing happens to change his mind. I guess Jun went to him asking him for a f3 deal with her and Nicole. Then she went and told him that Nicole was not taking the bait?? That's nice. So she pretty much showed him that she offered him a deal that was not already partially in place. who does that?? Ohhh yes Jun the "leader" of our alliance in her words
Not too long ago, Jun came to me and was like "Porsche, Dustin, Renny and Sarah are in an alliance and me, you, and Nicole need to team up!" and I had a huge revelation about the game and blacked out and started speaking in tongues. After I picked myself up off the floor, I got back on AIM and she was all like "Nicole's not taking the bait" and I was like... bait? Not the best way to describe it. Anyway, because I hadn't talked game with anyone in so long, I believed it.
My plan was as such: put up Renny and someone else and then take one of them off the block and backdoor Porsche. Why? I genuinely like Porsche, but her social game is amazing, and she has won two HoH's. I honestly believed (and still do) that she's going to go far in this game, and probably has the most power of anyone left. But then I got my senses about me and realized that Porsche is the person I've been closest to in this game, and I couldn't possibly hurt her like that! I seriously respect her in this game and enjoy talking to her, so that would have been a really tough move to make.
So, after hearing EVERYONE say something about Jun that she said to them, which was always very similar to what she had said to me, I realized she had to go. And I wasn't gonna do it dirty, either. And here we are. So maybe I'm the fool and Jun knew exactly what she was talking about and I'm evicted right after her. Or maybe Nicole, Porsche, Dustin and Sarah really do all (separately) have my back, like they've told me, and I can make it much farther in this game. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
At the nomination ceremony Steven went along with the house's target for the week.
[To house]
Steven: Welcome, everyone, to the Nomination Ceremony. As the weeks go on, it becomes harder and harder to make nominations, and I don't take this responsibility lightly. It's been a tough decision for me, but I think it's the right decision for moving me further in the game. With that being said, I have nominated you, Renny, and you, Jun for eviction this week.
Renny, while I said last nomination ceremony that I don't hold a grudge for you nominating me, I still stand by this. The only problem is a continued lack of communication between the two of us, which, as you said, is a two-way street. I just don't know where you are in this game, but I don't hold any grudge against you, nor do I feel you have ever wronged me.
Jun, I don't really know how you are playing this game, but I don't think I can agree with it. Nearly every person in this house has said that you have tried to make a deal with them, myself included. I don't know if you're trying to save yourself from everyone, but I think you're only putting yourself into danger. I have also heard that you would have put me up if you won HoH this week. I don't really know what you're gameplan is or was, but I don't believe I can trust you at all.
I wish you two, as well as your veto selections, the best of luck in the PoV competition. It's that time in the game where every competition counts and I'm sure everyone will be fighting hard.
This nomination ceremony is adjourned.
So I'm nominated. Ugh >.> this has been a lame week for me. So I just hope I win the veto and take myself off the block, looks like its me against the whole house!
I am so relieved - no, not even just relieved; I'm completely thrilled - at this week's turn of events! I tip my imaginary hat to Porsche and Sarah for getting the ball rolling on turning Steven against Jun. Not only does it keep us safe for the week - and accomplish what would have been our goal, anyway - but it also helped clarify and crystallize the reasons I never trusted Jun in the first place.
I'm dying to win the Power of Veto. I want to be the one to seal Jun's fate, and I want to see how desperate she'll get during her final moments in the house. I've said it before and I'll say it again: fuck her jury vote. This shit is personal.
This week's veto competition was "Feeling Lucky", a Recycled version of Whammy, where they tried to collect as much money as possible. With a total of $13,800, Renny won the Power of Veto.
So Renny won the PoV by 300 fuckin points. Are you kidding me? Ugh, I need a miracle this week, doubt it would happen though.
Renny is coming off of the block, and I am so happy for her! If I go up against Jun, hopefully my alliance will keep me safe. I don't want to be cocky, but I really don't think Jun would get the votes over me, unless the house doesn't actually hate her, which i find hard to imagine. Best case scenario is I don't go up at all! But odds are it'll be either Porsche or myself.
That veto comp sucked for me. I have no idea how people got such high numbers. I got whammy'd pretty much every other time! Whatever, it still worked out, but obviously, it just wasn't my day.
At the veto meeting, Renny was quick to save herself from Eviction.
[To house]
Renny: Well, I have no fancy speech this time. I don't think anyone will be surprised that I am going to...Use the POV and remove myself from the block. Steven, looks like you will have to nominate someone else.
Steven: In a SURPRISING turn of events, where Renny has ACTUALLY used the veto on HERSELF :-O , I have been forced to name a replacement nominee. Nicole, please take Renny's spot on the block. No hard feelings, just my duty as HoH.
Renny wins and Nicole goes up: I'm just glad Jun didn't win. That was all I needed to happen this week. I only put Nicole up because I feel most distant with her (or maybe Dustin) but I actually would have been upset if she had gotten evicted. I think I can trust her, and I don't think my nominating her has made her dislike me or want to target me. But I guess we'll see!
So Nicole is the replacement nominee. And honestly I tried campaigning against nicole & I spoke to Renny and she told me straight to my face I was being evicted. Well you know what, loyalty doesn't get you far in this game because its blindsides, backdoors, & redemption. Renny thinks that can get you far in the game, and yeah she stuck another deal for final 4 with Sarah, Porsche & Dustin. I'm not stupid I know what's up. Wait till I'm evicted, I throwing those slayers under the bus and telling Dustin & Steven supposedly our strategy. Game on because I'll get the last laugh.
Jun is busted and is leaving this week. Yay, I never trusted that girl, anyway. Playing too hard too fast when she had a comfy spot in F5. Oh well, this makes it easier since now we don't have to pick between her and one of us at that point - although I'm pretty sure she would've been the target anyway.
At the eviction ceremony, the Slayer Final Five deal was broken and Jun was evicted by a vote of 4-0. Before leaving Jun made sure to stir up some final drama.
[To house]
Jun: Well, figures! Lol, let's see where to start:
Dustin and Steven just in case you were curious, there was an alliance of 5 called the "Zombie Slayers." I was apart of and our goal was to get rid of all the veteran's in the game. Members consists of: Sarah, Nicole, Porsche, Renny & Myself. Our goal was to make it to Final 5 together and get rid of you guys. Steven, if you didn't win this week, you were next. Dustin, we were gonna keep you till Final 6 and then get rid of you. *shocker* huh? Every eviction was in our hands. From Annie to Parker, and Dustin, you just happen to be against them so we accepted you into our family!
Well that's my goodbye other than that, you guys have been played and the slayers will get you out. It has been a pretty interesting 2 weeks for me in the game, and I wouldn't have changed it for a bit. I wish you guys the best of luck! Rather it be seeing you in Jury or Final 2! Can't wait to see how it all plays out! - Mistress Jun
