Week 3
Houseguests: Annie Whittington, April Dowling, Dustin Erikstrup, Jun Song, Karen Fowler, Nicole Schaffrich, Parker Somerville, Porsche Briggs, Renny Martyn, Sarah Hrejsa, Steven Daigle
Immediately after the eviction an announcement was made.
[To house]
Julie: As always you should expect the unexpected. This season is named the Redemption season for two reasons. First reason was obvious, the returning players. But the second is just now being revealed to you. Kent, Ragan, and now Jordan have all been evicted, but they all have a chance to return to the game. They will battle each other until someone re-enters the game at a pre-determined time.
The first battle was between Kent and Ragan. The winner was...RAGAN! Ragan is still fighting to return, Kent, however, is officially gone for good. At the next eviction you will learn who wins the next battle between Ragan & Jordan.
When I found out that Jordan was evicted, I was sad. .. But when I found that there could be redemption, I was happy. I seriously hope she comes back and goes ham. These newbs need a reality check.
At the HOH competition, the houseguests played in "Big Brother Mini". They competed in a miniature version of Big Brother. Even though he won 4 out of the 7 competitions, Dustin lost in the jury vote against Porsche and she was crowned the new HOH.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? I won the First HoH, The Second HoH, I won the Week Three Veto, and I won the Final HoH! And they give it to PORSHA!? Like, I am so proud of her, I am. But it stings. I have tried so hard to finally do well in a competition and I get snubbed because I am a veteran. I suppose my relationships with the newbies are not as great as I had hopped. On the bright side, there is no blood on my hands for getting rid of Parker.
I have read a lot of DR postings for past BBR seasons but I am still in process of really reading through every episode for all seasons. I know season 1 very well though. So I knew I wasn't going to be great with those questions but I knew Dustin would get them. He has said I am his closest friend in this house and I am very fond of that lil guy in return. So, I knew that no matter what Dustin would NOT take me out. So I knew if he could stay in power as HOH he would pick me in the end to get to the jury vote. He did the brain work and I knew I would have those votes in the end.
I feel like alliances have been set in stone and im not in any of them. This probably couldve been one of the most important HoH for me, and I gave it up.
I'm going to explode right now. Seriously, going to rip some heads off in this joint at this rate. *Resists writing any more because it'll turn into one big rant/roast thread*
FUCKKKKK YESSS!!!! PORSCHE WON HOH!!!!
FUCKKKK YES! MY SLAYERS ARE SAFE!
Such an beautiful week! We learned that there is a redemption thing going on so I'm glad we can actually take this into our hands now!
I got out the second round, which sucked, because for the next three rounds I sat there knowing the answer like a full five seconds before everyone else. Dustin was mini-HOH and he nominated me both the first two rounds. During that, he messaged me aside...
Dustin: If I win real HoH u wont go up
Dustin: So plz dont be upset
I call BS. I don't really trust him to have my back. I don't necessarily think I'm one of his targets, but that doesn't mean I'm safe.
In the end though, Porsche won. Go Zombie Slayers lol! At least this is a week that I should be safe.
At the nomination ceremony Porsche decided on her targets.
[To house]
Porsche: Hello everyone and welcome to the nomination ceremony.
This decision was really hard for me and I hope that you know just how seriously I have considered my nominations. Really I could ramble on for hours on how bad I feel about this so I shall spare you and just get it over with like pulling off a band aid
April, I'm sorry hun! I don't really know you all that well so I don't really have a lot to go on. I really would like the chance to get to know you better and hope that you don't take this personally
Annie, You have no clue how hard this is for me. I really wanted to return the favor and keep you safe this week and unfortunately due to someone coming back into the game I had to nominate you in order to minimize the potential threat of having two of the strongest players back in the game together. If you are evicted this week I strongly feel that you will be back very soon. I admire the way you have played this game and I really hope that you understand this is a strategic move and in no way personal
This nominations ceremony is adjourned
What the fuck? Why am I nominated again? Im telling you, when im in power, everybody is going to see a whole new April.
Porsche ended up nominating Annie and April, which I can live with at least for this week. Jun is gonna use the veto skip and we're gonna get her out. This way, with the new twist, we'll only have to face Annie or Jordan, not both.
Porsche has some issues with April which isn't great for me since I kinda have a side alliance with her. Hopefully I can put some other people in front of her to get out instead. This week we're going for Annie, just like we planned.
Annie is nominated for eviction! All we need is Jun to use her Veto Stopper and we can vote to evict Annie from the Big Brother household! *gets shotgun* BOOM, Jordan. BOOM, Annie. BOOM, Parker. Steven may or may not be seen as a threat. I am aware that I might follow right after the others, but I will take that risk. The veterans are a sinking ship I could no longer be tied to. They think they're so fucking high and mighty. Their social game sucks. They're bullies, and I'm sick of tired of them getting what they want.
I'm SOOO happy Porsche won, because I would say she's my biggest ally. I was getting VERY nervous when I got my key pulled last though, I swore she was going to stab me right in the back like has happened to me before. According to the reverse-alphabetical order these evictions are going in, I'm next to go, so maybe she's going to backdoor me or something. Let's hope not. I also REALLY hope she picks me to be in the POV competition. I think she will because I picked her, but who knows. Currently, I don't have anyone I'm gunning for, but I would still like to win HoH next week, just to have the power.
Before the veto competition, Jun decided to use her Veto Stopper.
[To house]
Jun: Hello House guests! Before we get things going, I would like to say thanks Porsche for my key this week! As a player in the BBR house, I acquired a power from earlier this week which was Called the Veto Stopper. "This power allows the holder to cancel the veto competition for the week and move from the nomination ceremony straight to the eviction voting." With that being said with the Veto stopper, I Choose...To Use it, meaning we're going straight into eviction House guests.
My reason being is because Annie, you're a huge target and strategically, you the biggest competition in this house. I don't have much to say right now because I'm in a sticky situation with Family at the moment and my emotions are on roller-coaster mode right now. Yeah I know I'm going to get targeted, but to ensure a guarantee with my safety, is by removing my biggest road block out of this game. I'm sorry it had to come down to this, but only one can win Big Brother. Sorry again and good luck April & Annie.
Okay, so Porsche Nominated Annie & April for the block this week. I wasn't having a second thought about not using the veto stopper. It's a golden opportunity.
I was hesitant about Jun's decision to use the Veto Stopper this week, but after Julie revealed the redemption twist, I realized it was imperative to guarantee Annie's eviction this week. If Jordan defeats Ragan, she'll face off against the next evicted houseguest. And if that's Annie, they'll be pitted against one another and only one of them will have a chance to return to the house.
Part of me feels bad about how swiftly we turned the game against Jordan and Annie. But then again, neither has made any effort to speak to me or get to know me. I consistently reached out to both girls, just out of courtesy, and while Jordan was relatively friendly, trying to engage Annie in conversation is like pulling teeth. There's a level of arrogance there that I just can't stomach. And it's exactly that detached, entitled attitude that is sending Annie out of the house. At this point, it's crucial to keep the power on our side. If the five Zombie Slayers can alternate HoH reigns, we can seriously steamroll through this game.
Before the house could vote, Annie decided to quit the game.
[To house]
Annie: I'm going to go ahead and remove myself entirely from the game. We talked about this last night and I don't really think it was fair how the HoH went down. I didn't even get to see there was a thread letting us know at what time it would be. Live competitions in all ORGs I've played always have a 24 hours notice. Sucks that I have to remove myself because of how unfair you're being as a host. But if I can't compete in a evenly leveled field then I'd just rather remove myself. I'm a competitor at heart and I feel as tho as what happened yesterday totally kills my chances at playing the game the way it should. So with that said, I am officially walking.
Renny: All due respect but I guess I would've bought your reason more if you'd done it last night after the HOH and not waited until you were nominated. Goodbye and good luck Annie.
Annie: I worked until 12:30 to do laundry, pack and take a plane to Puerto Rico to be all day at court. With all due respect.
Nicole: Way to be a good sport, Annie.
April: Bye Annie!
Houseguests: Annie Whittington, April Dowling, Dustin Erikstrup, Jun Song, Karen Fowler, Nicole Schaffrich, Parker Somerville, Porsche Briggs, Renny Martyn, Sarah Hrejsa, Steven Daigle
