Week 1
Houseguests: April Dowling, Jun Song, Karen Fowler, Kent Blackwelder, Nicole Schaffrich, Porsche Briggs, Ragan Fox, Renny Martyn, Sarah Hrejsa
9 new men and women entered the Big Brother Recycled house this summer ready to call it home for 3 months and ultimately win the game. With only 9 houseguests in the game, they knew something was up.
I'm so excited about this! Also a little nervous, but we'll forget that part....
Anyways, this is gonna be awesome. Right now I'm just feeling out the house and seeing where everyone is before I start anything. The couple people I've talked to seem OK and we get along which is good for me. April seems like she'd be open to an alliance with me and Jun and I got along pretty well, but I don't know about any kind of alliance. I joined a bedroom with Renny, Karen, and Nicole and they all seem cool right now. Honorary Cougar!!! I don't know how much I can trust any of these people yet though. We'll see. the game has only just started...
The houseguests were told that 5 past houseguests would return for another chance to win. All returning players all played Recycled before but never were able to win the whole thing. They were Annie Whittington, originally from Season 7; Jordan Lloyd, originally from Season 1; Parker Somerville from Season 9; Steven Daigle, originally from Season 2; and Dustin Erikstrup from Season 9.
Guess whos back? America's favorite! Jordan, babes! I plan on playing this game differently. I'm going to revert back to my kind and nice self that I was at the beginning of Season 1. I'm going to seriously try and work a great social game here. Unlike last couple of seasons where I've been dominating challenges and making a threat of myself. So, right now I'm getting alliance deals for a vets alliance? Uhmmm, These arent even vets. We have like two fucking prejurors here! Not even worth the title "Vet" to be honest.
Yay! Annie is back in the Recycled house! I'm pretty grateful to get another shot at the game as Annie and redeem myself after All-Stars.
Anyways I noticed that I'm not the only veteran. But I probably have the best track record and am the most threatening one. So I have to be EXTRA smart and strategic about everything I do. First thing that comes to mind is no throwing competitions. Obviously there's already a big target coming back into the game and on top of it I'm sure I'd be the first veteran targeted. Second, no veterans alliance. I mean seriously do you think I'd work with someone as unstable as Dustin? Hell no. I'm almost certain he doesn't know how to keep his mouth shut. Yeah, I'll keep him in good terms but nothing big for now. He'll just be there. For sure not trusting myself in him. We have Jordan who is like a massive trainwreck but I'm sure she can hold her own better than the other veterans. I have an alliance with her. Which is just her and me. We don't want the others in it because we feel like we don't really need them or want to drag them around. I'm fine with this. I trust her to certain degree. At the end of the day we're both veterans and we both want to win. We can't both win. Next we have Parker, I know him from previous games. He's a wildcard in my eyes. He can be very emotional but I'm not worried about him getting in my way. In fact I think I can be on his good side and have him help me out later on. Then finally we have Steven who I know NOTHING about. He hasn't really done anything to stand out so yeah.
OMG the twist!!! I don't know what to think about it. I'm worried that the vets will align against the newbies in a mirror of BB13. If that happens, we might be in trouble cause they have experience playing this game. As a complete newbie, that kinda freaks me out! I need to talk to some of them to just see where they're at. If they do go against the newbies, as long as I'm on their good side I should be OK for at least this week.
The game has begun. None of the guys are really that cute.. So can't talk about that, I guess I can talk about the house guests. Annie! Annie seems really cool! Haven't talked to April much, but she seems like a bitch. Dustin... Dustin... I look forward to playing with him, he will make it... challenging. But I plan to play stupid with him, so he think's I'm good enough to keep around, but not a threat. I hope to backdoor him eventually. Kent seems to be inactive, so...
Jordan, worried about her. Either alliance or getting her out would be nice. Porscha seems to be a good ally, but I think a lot of others may think that to. Jun seems like another good ally, but same with Porsche.

I made a lot of mistakes in just a short week last season, and I am ready to redeem myself. I'm not going to make the same mistakes twice....hopefully.
I immediately started talking to Jun, April, and Sarah, and now I want to punch myself in the face. I cannot be as stupid from last season. I need to slow down.
I was hoping to get some pity points, but there are waaaaay more returning house guests than I thought. There's a possibility we may be targeted.
I need to work on my personality. Some people love it, but I can get annoying, and I don't want that.

I've only talked to Dustin, who got last place in his season, so maybe I'm making friends with the wrong people. Basically I think all of the veterans need to stick together, but of COURSE I'm going to go against that secretly and align myself with some newbie who's going to get me to the Final 2. Duh. That ALWAYS works.
I need to win this HoH though, mostly because I've never won one and I want to because I want to hold the power. It will be interesting to see how this first week plays out.
At the HOH competition, the houseguests learned that there will be a double eviction to kick off the game. They competed in "That's Messed Up", where they had to figure out the house guests that were in distorted images. In the end, Annie and Jordan came out with the wins and were the first 2 HOHs of the season. They also learned that they could win back to back HOHs this season.

Okay, so I win the competition along with Annie.... Yay??? I didn't want to come out of the gate like a boss like this, but apparently everyone else sucks. I mean, everyone is like "This was a hard Challenge!"... It really wasnt at all. The first one was the only difficult one in my opinion, but whatev. Now I at least get to listen to all of these deals from people. I'm glad Annie won too, because we both will probably be the strongest alliance in this game... never stronger than me and Janelle though.... I MISS JANELLE!
Oh GRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT two people I have talked to VERY little win HoH! I guess now I'm just going to have to put on my "Yay, Good Job!" face.

I've won the first head of household and I'm just so glad I'm in the final 12. Then Jordan wins which pretty much guarantees we're untouched for 2 weeks of game. This is perfect because we can get a good feel on the house and have people come up to us with deals and what not. So I'm definitely looking forward to the butt kissing people will do. Even tho I already know who I am putting up I'll let them message me and what not.
I pretty much came to the conclusion that Kent/Steven are going up. None of them have really communicated with me and it's week 1. I don't want to get crazy already. Not to mention putting up Steven will sort of make people think there's no such thing as a veterans alliance which takes some heat off of me. If Steven thinks he's safe JUST because he's a veterans then he is in for a rude awakening.
Jordan and Annie won HoH. I think I'm in good with Jordan, but Annie was the ONE person I didn't send a message too because she wasn't in the recent users and I didn't want to get to her profile any other way. So of COURSE she wins. I'm worried she might put me up, but I'm not sure. I think that, even if I did go up, I wouldn't be evicted because I've made some pretty good ties to people in the house. Let's see what happens!
So the first HOH kinda sucked, at least results wise. I came in last which is horrible, thought I did way better than I actually did. Kent - You haven't made any effort to be social whether it's on AIM or around the forum. I almost forgot you were in the game.
Steven - This is your shot at redemption and I don't think you're really making any of it. Attempting to create a "veterans" alliance when you haven't even taken the time to message me or anything is something that I'd never ever think of. I don't carry dead weight in the game or work with naive people. It's time to step up.
I pretty much nominated both of you due to lack of communication. There's still a veto to be played. This ceremony is adjourned.
Jordan: I'm really glad to be here once again, in this position. Sadly, this means I have to nominate two people for eviction, along with my fellow HOH Annie. To be honest, I am basing this off of who I've talked to the least. Please if you are nominated, don't get bitter and talk about how it's a two way street. You arent HOH, I am. I have nominated Ragan and Sarah for eviction this week. Honestly, no hard feelings with this nomination. I just haven't talked to you two as much as everyone else. Oh. My. God. I think I accidentally got Steven nominated. I feel awful. And to make matters worse, that's setting me up for Jordan to nominate me, or for Annie to nominate me as a replacement, or Jordan to nominate me as a replacement. I have got to be the worst player ever. I just want to shoot myself in the face.

Well this sucks. I have been really trying to rally up some votes. I THINK I have the majority of the votes, but there's still POV, so no need to go crazy. This POV is a MUST for me! I need to prove that I can play, Dustin my ally is worried I can't play good enough! I'm like going CRAZY right now! I have to win! I must!!!
Aside from being nominated, I have been working with Jun, she seems epic. Also Porsche and Dustin are two others I'm working with, Porsche seems nice, calm and collective. Maybe I should be worried, but now isn't the time for it. Dustin is a tricky case, I want to trust him, but I don't. He better win that POV if I don't! In addition, Porsche may start up a final three with us and Renny, I sure hope so!
So, at this point, I dont care who wins veto. I mean, I'm still in control, and I feel like I've made it so that I could still rebuild a bond with the ones who I've nominated. Not to mention my alliance that I've managed to create with Annie, and Parker. I also have a great bond with Porsche and a few others, such as Jun. I feel like I'm doing good in the social aspect, but honestly, I want to do better. So, time to kick it into overgear.
So Jordan nominated me which sucks. Her reasoning was that we'd talked the least, which is true. I at least tried to send her a pm, but she never responded so at least I made an effort. Whatever, I just have to deal with it now.
I'm up against Ragan, and I haven't talked to him at all so I don't know where he's at. I have good relationships with pretty much everyone in the house so that should help me out.
I talked to April, Jun, and Nicole and they flat out told me they would keep me over Ragan. I also think I have the rest of my bedroom with Karen and Renny, but I'm not completely sure on that.
Steven and Kent. Surprisingly steven isn't as dumb as I thought. He tried to form an all veteran's alliance? Red flag seriously. Kent is a good competitor but lacks communication. If we keep Kent, we can use him as a pawn and deflect the target off of me & the g-force gals.
Ragan & sarah. Ragan, making an alliance with everyone is pretty stupid, play your cards too early, I'll be able to read it. Sarah, you're first time playing and you're in a pool of shark infested waters. Grab a lifevest and hope for the best.
The only thing that bugged me was not seeing karen on the block. She was the first key pulled out of annie's but last out of jordan's. I know mines was first for jordan, but I spoken to her a lot so if I can get her to trust me, then that's fine.
Other than that, porsche & nicole are honestly the best friends in the house. Alongside renny even though she's my side alliance.
After the Nomination Ceremony, talk began to spread about Ragan being public enemy number one.

Porsche: he is digging a lil hole for himself already so that help you out for sure!
Sarah: wait, what happened?
Porsche: sterotypical play too hard too fast try for multiplae alliances and hope mo one finds out

Porsche: yes it is! He got caught pretty much day 1. Everyone I have talked to I have said you are just about as sweet as they come so I really hope that they keep that in mind

Porsche: well Ragan thinks he has pulled one over on me and I think that from what I know now you should have at least 4 votes to stay so far
She also told me that I have her vote for sure and offered to help me get more votes to stay which is awesome. I'm feeling a little bit better, but I'm still gonna go for the veto and hopefully win so I can take myself off...
At the veto competition house guests competed in "Hanging With Friends" and elimination-style hangman game. In the end, Renny and Sarah beat out the competition to claim the first two vetoes of the season.
I WON POWER OF VETO!!! I WON POWER OF VETO!!! I WON POWER OF VETO!!! I'm so excited for this! This has totally redeemed me for my sucky performance in the first HOH comp. And now I don't have to worry one bit about going home. Even though everyone assured me I was probably safe, now there's no doubt.
I didn't think I was gonna win. The first two words, reversal and anguish, were OK. But then I got to jolter, which gave me trouble. Seriously, how is that a real word lol? I kept worrying that other people were doing it quicker than I did. But I kept going and then somehow I got stuck on jean...which is the easiest word ever! After that, I was pretty sure I lost, but hoped I did better then I did in the first comp and I actually won!
I love how everyone started telling me how I've proved myself. This was the only the second competition...So out of the two we've had, I didn't do good in one, but I won the other. Whatever....
Obviously I'm gonna take myself off the block. The only thing I'm a little worried about is who might go up in my place. With all the drama going on with Ragan though, it's pretty obvious that he'll be going home.
I was shocked to see Annie & Jordan out so quickly! Dustin scared me a bit when he had a good score in round 1, but that went out of the water in round 2 lol! I'm so proud of my friends April, Porsche, Nicole, Renny, Sarah and myself for doing so well in this competition! I'm especially proud of my G-Force alliance because we knocked out everyone else and were in the final rounds together! I'm also happy Ms. Renny & Sarah won the PoV! Renny for sure I know won't change the nominees and Sarah will take herself off the block. I hope Jordan replaces Sarah with Karen. Karen wanted to compete so bad, well too bad bitch, you didn't get to compete. Sit on the block for once and shake in your knees for a bit. I wouldn't mind casting a vote against Karen over Ragan anytime.
Ragan didn't even do the veto competition. He does not deserve to stay in this game over Sarah. I don't care if he is my ally. He doesn't deserve to stay if he won't do the work.
Renny and Sarah both had decisions to make with their vetoes.
Renny: YAY, so I won veto and now I have to make a choice to either veto one of Annie's nominees or leave the nominations the same. Obviously one of you wants to be here and the other can't even be bothered to show up and try to save themselves. I thought long and hard about this....Well, not really...Annie promised to go out on the town with me again and give me all her leftovers (the male leftovers, that is) if I didn't use it. I may not be cheap but I can be bought.

Aweee, I'm feeling really close with Porsche. Like, she is SUPER nice and she totally understands the real me! Behind all the bitchiness, and craziness, I'm a really nice person. She gets that! As of now I feel in an okay position. I know the game is on and I'll have to work a bit harder than others due to my reputation but I think I might just do fine as long as I keep myself focused. For now I'll just kick it back for week 1 and prepare myself to kick it up a few notches in 1 or 2 weeks. Also can I add that like it's amazing that I could possibly be Head of Household more than once in a row. This definitely helps me out in the long run. I have the feeling I'll have to be winning as much as possible!
So far I have talked to everyone in the house except two people: Kent (cause he's just inactive) and Jordan. I'm trying not to take it personally here but the first time I saw her online and I'm her she said hi and that she had to go. The next time I saw her online (just about 30 minutes ago), I IMd her and she still hasn't replied. Yet, her status shows online and active. I'm starting to really dislike this girl and, if I am still here and in the position to do it, I'm planning on nominating her. A lot can change and maybe she is just doing something else...but I am a bit offended. Plus, I read through her DRs in her other seasons today - and she seems like a twit. Her DR's were a sentence or two and not impressive.
At the evictions, Kent was evicted by a 10-0 vote and Ragan was evicted by a 9-1 vote.

Kent - You haven't made any effort to be social whether it's on AIM or around the forum. I almost forgot you were in the game.
Steven - This is your shot at redemption and I don't think you're really making any of it. Attempting to create a "veterans" alliance when you haven't even taken the time to message me or anything is something that I'd never ever think of. I don't carry dead weight in the game or work with naive people. It's time to step up.
I pretty much nominated both of you due to lack of communication. There's still a veto to be played. This ceremony is adjourned.

Jordan: I'm really glad to be here once again, in this position. Sadly, this means I have to nominate two people for eviction, along with my fellow HOH Annie. To be honest, I am basing this off of who I've talked to the least. Please if you are nominated, don't get bitter and talk about how it's a two way street. You arent HOH, I am. I have nominated Ragan and Sarah for eviction this week. Honestly, no hard feelings with this nomination. I just haven't talked to you two as much as everyone else. And to make matters worse, that's setting me up for Jordan to nominate me, or for Annie to nominate me as a replacement, or Jordan to nominate me as a replacement. I have got to be the worst player ever. I just want to shoot myself in the face.

Well this sucks. I have been really trying to rally up some votes. I THINK I have the majority of the votes, but there's still POV, so no need to go crazy. This POV is a MUST for me! I need to prove that I can play, Dustin my ally is worried I can't play good enough! I'm like going CRAZY right now! I have to win! I must!!!
Aside from being nominated, I have been working with Jun, she seems epic. Also Porsche and Dustin are two others I'm working with, Porsche seems nice, calm and collective. Maybe I should be worried, but now isn't the time for it. Dustin is a tricky case, I want to trust him, but I don't. He better win that POV if I don't! In addition, Porsche may start up a final three with us and Renny, I sure hope so!
So, at this point, I dont care who wins veto. I mean, I'm still in control, and I feel like I've made it so that I could still rebuild a bond with the ones who I've nominated. Not to mention my alliance that I've managed to create with Annie, and Parker. I also have a great bond with Porsche and a few others, such as Jun. I feel like I'm doing good in the social aspect, but honestly, I want to do better. So, time to kick it into overgear.
So Jordan nominated me which sucks. Her reasoning was that we'd talked the least, which is true. I at least tried to send her a pm, but she never responded so at least I made an effort. Whatever, I just have to deal with it now.
I'm up against Ragan, and I haven't talked to him at all so I don't know where he's at. I have good relationships with pretty much everyone in the house so that should help me out.
I talked to April, Jun, and Nicole and they flat out told me they would keep me over Ragan. I also think I have the rest of my bedroom with Karen and Renny, but I'm not completely sure on that.
Steven and Kent. Surprisingly steven isn't as dumb as I thought. He tried to form an all veteran's alliance? Red flag seriously. Kent is a good competitor but lacks communication. If we keep Kent, we can use him as a pawn and deflect the target off of me & the g-force gals.
Ragan & sarah. Ragan, making an alliance with everyone is pretty stupid, play your cards too early, I'll be able to read it. Sarah, you're first time playing and you're in a pool of shark infested waters. Grab a lifevest and hope for the best.
The only thing that bugged me was not seeing karen on the block. She was the first key pulled out of annie's but last out of jordan's. I know mines was first for jordan, but I spoken to her a lot so if I can get her to trust me, then that's fine.
Other than that, porsche & nicole are honestly the best friends in the house. Alongside renny even though she's my side alliance.
After the Nomination Ceremony, talk began to spread about Ragan being public enemy number one.

Porsche: he is digging a lil hole for himself already so that help you out for sure!
Sarah: wait, what happened?
Porsche: sterotypical play too hard too fast try for multiplae alliances and hope mo one finds out
Sarah: oh, well that's good for me i guess
Porsche: yes it is! He got caught pretty much day 1. Everyone I have talked to I have said you are just about as sweet as they come so I really hope that they keep that in mind
Sarah: I hope so
Porsche: well Ragan thinks he has pulled one over on me and I think that from what I know now you should have at least 4 votes to stay so far
She also told me that I have her vote for sure and offered to help me get more votes to stay which is awesome. I'm feeling a little bit better, but I'm still gonna go for the veto and hopefully win so I can take myself off...
At the veto competition house guests competed in "Hanging With Friends" and elimination-style hangman game. In the end, Renny and Sarah beat out the competition to claim the first two vetoes of the season.
I WON POWER OF VETO!!! I WON POWER OF VETO!!! I WON POWER OF VETO!!! I'm so excited for this! This has totally redeemed me for my sucky performance in the first HOH comp. And now I don't have to worry one bit about going home. Even though everyone assured me I was probably safe, now there's no doubt.
I didn't think I was gonna win. The first two words, reversal and anguish, were OK. But then I got to jolter, which gave me trouble. Seriously, how is that a real word lol? I kept worrying that other people were doing it quicker than I did. But I kept going and then somehow I got stuck on jean...which is the easiest word ever! After that, I was pretty sure I lost, but hoped I did better then I did in the first comp and I actually won!
I love how everyone started telling me how I've proved myself. This was the only the second competition...So out of the two we've had, I didn't do good in one, but I won the other. Whatever....
Obviously I'm gonna take myself off the block. The only thing I'm a little worried about is who might go up in my place. With all the drama going on with Ragan though, it's pretty obvious that he'll be going home.
I was shocked to see Annie & Jordan out so quickly! Dustin scared me a bit when he had a good score in round 1, but that went out of the water in round 2 lol! I'm so proud of my friends April, Porsche, Nicole, Renny, Sarah and myself for doing so well in this competition! I'm especially proud of my G-Force alliance because we knocked out everyone else and were in the final rounds together! I'm also happy Ms. Renny & Sarah won the PoV! Renny for sure I know won't change the nominees and Sarah will take herself off the block. I hope Jordan replaces Sarah with Karen. Karen wanted to compete so bad, well too bad bitch, you didn't get to compete. Sit on the block for once and shake in your knees for a bit. I wouldn't mind casting a vote against Karen over Ragan anytime.
Ragan didn't even do the veto competition. He does not deserve to stay in this game over Sarah. I don't care if he is my ally. He doesn't deserve to stay if he won't do the work.
Renny and Sarah both had decisions to make with their vetoes.
Renny: YAY, so I won veto and now I have to make a choice to either veto one of Annie's nominees or leave the nominations the same. Obviously one of you wants to be here and the other can't even be bothered to show up and try to save themselves. I thought long and hard about this....Well, not really...Annie promised to go out on the town with me again and give me all her leftovers (the male leftovers, that is) if I didn't use it. I may not be cheap but I can be bought.

Normally when a nominee wins power of veto, it is pretty obvious what they will do. I choose to use the power of veto on myself Jordan, as the current HoH it is your duty to name a replacement nominee since one of your original nominees has been removed from the block. Best of luck to Ragan and the newly named nominee.
Jordan: Alright, well I guess I'll make this quick and easy. First of all, congratulations to Sarah for winning the veto and taking yourself off! Feels great, huh? <3 Okay, now it's my duty to name a replacement. The replacement nominee is...Karen! Sorry, but we dont talk nearly enough, but you do seem like a kind person.
With that, this ceremony is adjourned.
Annie and Jordan won HoH and nominated Kent/Steven & Sarah/Ragan pretty much due to lacks of communication. Sarah however moved on to win the Power of Veto along with Renny, the latter of which not using hers but Sarah taking herself on the block, leading Jordan to put up Karen as a replacement nominee.
So now we have three people on the block who are pretty much inactive scumbag... okay maybe not SCUM but they're annoying. Why sign up for a game and not participate? So frustrating... anyways Kent is going in the first eviction and Ragan the second, simple as that.
Before the eviction, Jordan and Annie were feeling good about their positions in the game. Renny, however was planning to target Jordan.
Aweee, I'm feeling really close with Porsche. Like, she is SUPER nice and she totally understands the real me! Behind all the bitchiness, and craziness, I'm a really nice person. She gets that! I think thats why me and Janelle got along so well too! What if Porsche becomes the new Janelle! OMFG!!!! <333
As of now I feel in an okay position. I know the game is on and I'll have to work a bit harder than others due to my reputation but I think I might just do fine as long as I keep myself focused. For now I'll just kick it back for week 1 and prepare myself to kick it up a few notches in 1 or 2 weeks. Also can I add that like it's amazing that I could possibly be Head of Household more than once in a row. This definitely helps me out in the long run. I have the feeling I'll have to be winning as much as possible!
So far I have talked to everyone in the house except two people: Kent (cause he's just inactive) and Jordan. I'm trying not to take it personally here but the first time I saw her online and I'm her she said hi and that she had to go. The next time I saw her online (just about 30 minutes ago), I IMd her and she still hasn't replied. Yet, her status shows online and active. I'm starting to really dislike this girl and, if I am still here and in the position to do it, I'm planning on nominating her. A lot can change and maybe she is just doing something else...but I am a bit offended. Plus, I read through her DRs in her other seasons today - and she seems like a twit. Her DR's were a sentence or two and not impressive.
At the evictions, Kent was evicted by a 10-0 vote and Ragan was evicted by a 9-1 vote.
