Nicole, as the holder of the Power of Veto, you have the ability to use it to remove either Parker or Steven from the block. You can also choose not to use it and leave the nominations as they are. If you choose to remove either, Renny will then name the replacement nominee in here. You have 24 hours to post your decision in this thread.

Welcome to the Veto meeting, everyone. Renny, as the winner of the Power of Veto, I currently have the ability to remove one of your nominees from the block, in which case you’ll have to name a replacement nominee. This Veto came at a very interesting time in the game for me, and as a result, I’ve put a lot of consideration into my decision. So before I announce it, I want to tell you a little bit about how I got there. Actually, no. You know what?
(Lights dim.)
I want to tell you a little bit about Nicole.
(Cue rhythmic finger snaps.)
When I started this game, I was a girl looking for love in all the wrong places. I used to wander (stagger, actually) through the rooms of the Big Brother house with a half-empty bottle of wine in one hand and my unmentionables in the other. I would crassly suggest engaging in lewd behaviours in the hot tub. It got to the point that some people thought I was just some boozed-up cougar trying to get laid in a house full of women and gay men. They called me sad and pathetic. They believed that the only things I look for in a man are a penis and a pulse…
(Lights up; snapping stops.)
Okay, so maybe I’m exaggerating (except about that last part). My point, in a very roundabout way, is that I’ve had the opportunity to meet and get to know some very cool people in this game. And, in the process, they’ve gotten to know me too. They’ve gotten to know the Nicole behind the wine bottles, behind the sexual innuendo, behind the dark lipstick and bad streaks in my avatar picture. (It was the early 2000s, guys; I thought it looked good at the time.) For me, even though we’re all here to play a game, there’s one very important thing that goes beyond gameplay and is far more crucial to me than a schlong or a heartbeat, and that’s respect.
As far as I’m concerned, respect (which comprises elements of maturity and sportspersonship) is essential to every social interaction, and that includes online games. I understand that we all click better with some people than others, but how we choose to interact with the people with whom we don’t connect as deeply really does say something about us. Within the context of the game, there will always be disagreements. But enemies and allies aside—in fact, the entire game aside—if you’re incapable of reciprocating the decency and respect that I have consistently demonstrated, there really isn’t much I can do for you.
That being said…
Renny, I will respect your decision this week and choose not to use the Power of Veto.
Parker, Steven, good luck. I hope you both understand where I'm coming from and that there aren't any hard feelings. This Veto meeting is adjourned.

I'd like to officially ask people to vote me out. Steven deserves to stay in much more than I do, he's definitely more capable of making the game interesting as opposed to me and well... yeah, that's about it. Pretty much my early goodbye speech.
