Chamber analyzes MP that provides penalty for civil servant

Superior Court of Justice

This Monday (/), the STJ decided to postpone the vote on the triple lists to fill minister vacancies. The lists, to be sent to the President of the Republic, will be formed from six-fold lists presented to the STJ by the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). The three vacancies in the composition of the STJ were opened with the retirements of ministers Pádua Ribeiro, Humberto Gomes de Barros and Nilson Naves. The Full Court session, initially scheduled for November , was postponed by decision of the Board of Directors.



Federal Regional Court of the th RegionStarting this Monday (/), the TRF- will carry out the th conciliation effort. The objective is to resolve issues related to processes involving matters relating to the Housing Financial System. The joint effort will end next Friday (/) and will involve three magistrates and Court employees who will act as conciliators.
